A correctional facility is seeking a family medicine nurse practitioner for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in Clinton, NJ.
The facility is seeking a provider with a credentialing timeframe of three weeks. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with an average patient load of 10-15 adult patients per day. Candidates must have a valid NJ license and be comfortable performing pap smears and pelvic exams, as these will be a significant part of the role. The position is supported by nursing staff and medical assistants, and documentation is done using paper charts. COVID or flu vaccination requirements were not specified.
