Physician Assistant Nurse Practitioner Richmond Hill, NY (Queens)
$140k
Monday – Friday, No Weekends!
We are looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing medical team full time at our busy office in Richmond Hill area of Queens, NY. We are looking for an outstanding practitioner with a passion for quality, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a team approach to join our growing organization and participate in defining the pain management practice of the future. We are willing to work with and train the right candidate! We have 2 locations, Richmond Hill/Queens and another 11 miles (20 min) away in New Hyde Park/LI. The incoming provider will cover both practices with the job duties include performing trigger point, joint injections, and Regen med injections.

Our facility is devoted to the art of pain management: diagnosing, managing, and treating chronic pain conditions. We have a comprehensive system of treatments focused on decreasing pain and restoring function. We believe in treating pain with conservative measures whenever possible. However, when dealing with some health issues, it becomes necessary to try more aggressive treatments and we specialize the most advanced interventional pain management techniques including both ultrasound and fluoroscopically guided injections. We have been relied upon to provide the highest quality of care and our practice continues to grow for the past 8 years!
Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluation to include medical history, relevant imaging/studies
- Direct patient care (Diagnoses, Treatment plans) for a wide variety of pain types and conditions
- Referral as needed for Imaging and Consultation with other specialties as needed
- Treatments to include joint and trigger point injections
- Regularly reassess Patients to determine effectiveness/progress
- Patient education re; diagnosis, treatment plan options, post procedure care, and lifestyle modifications
- Coordination of treatment plan with patients, supervisory physicians, and other team members
- Accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
- PA/NP License to practice in NY
- Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
- Experience with joint injections a plus
Salary:
- $140k

- M - F 9-6 pm
