Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Internal Medicine and Pediatrics team that prides itself in providing high-quality health care services for the entire family, from birth to geriatric care. Services include: routine pediatric, adult and geriatric health care (including annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school, daycare or insurance); routine care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions; routine immunizations and preventive inoculations; preventive health and wellness services, including cancer screening and promotion of a healthy lifestyle. The practice offers after-hours on-call phone coverage, and is a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). Call is shared via a call group.
