- Willing to wait for license
- BC required
- Weekdays
- PALS and BLS needed
- 23 - 25 patients per day
- Wellness exams, physicals, sick visits, upper respiratory infection, influenza, common cold etc
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Health, vision, dental, and 401(k) retirement benefits offered
