Family Medicine - NP job located in Dayton, Ohio

Telehealth assignment available for an APP with 18 months experience in Primary Care including Well child checks for 3+ and Post Partum Assessment. Provider will treat 2-3 patients per hour via Webex utilizing Elation EMR and Microsoft Teams. Provider will be required to be proficient working independently with technology. PC Equipment is provided. Training will have 2 mandatory group trainings and then clinical, operation, and tech training can be completed independently. Training is first three days M-F 8 am to 5 pm E, but alternate training can be arranged if absolutely necessary. Minimum of 20 hours with 4 hours of blocked time is mandatory for part time and blocked 8 hours for full time on set days. Operating hours are 7 am to 10 pm E. From $65.00 to $68.00 hourly
