Nurse Practitioner Parma, OH (Cleveland)
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our medical team part time in Parma, OH. We are looking for a Provider who is reliable, a quick learner, has strong phlebotomy skills and is good with technology and electronic medical records. The position is 2 days per week, 8 hours a day for 16 hours total for the week, with the possibility of increasing to full time in the future. The primary job responsibilities include patient exams, blood draws for lab work, review labs/diagnostics, modify patient treatment plans accordingly, charting in the EHR, and IM injections.
We are in Parma, which is the largest suburb in the state, conveniently located just south of Cleveland.

We offer the most up to date, advanced treatment options, all within our state-of-the-art office in the largest suburb in OH, just south of Cleveland
Duties:
- Patient care intake
- Patient consultations, exams, review pertinent medical records/labs
- EHR charting and documentation
- Phlebotomy- blood draws for diagnostic purposes
- Review lab results and discuss with the patients
- Perform IM injections as medically necessary
- Patient education as to treatment options, lab results, injection training for at home use, and post treatment expectations
- Scheduling- assistance in patient care
- Collaboration with the healthcare team for comprehensive care
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- NP licensed to practice in OH
Schedule:
- 2 days a week, 8 hours a day (possibly-Tuesday and Thursday)
- Possibly increase to FT in the future
Salary:
- $45-50 per hour to start
Benefits:
- Eligible for team bonus based on performance after 3 months
- Vacation -Not for PT, 120 hours per year for FT
- Health insurance for FT after 90 days (not PT)
