Job Description
Seeking a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to support children in residential care
• A 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
• We provide a peaceful environment for girls aged 13 to 17 to undergo a 6-8 month trauma-focused residential treatment program.
• Residential services for children who have experienced trauma, prioritizing respect, compassion, and dignity.
• The PMHNP collaborates as a key member of the team, providing psychiatric services to children and adolescents in care.
• This role works directly under the Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, ensuring high-quality psychiatric support.
• Teamwork and client care are emphasized in all aspects of the role.
• Electronic Medical Records are managed through CareLogic.
• The work schedule involves travel between 2 locations, with mileage reimbursement at the current IRS rate.
• Minimal on-call responsibilities are included.
• Required: Ohio state license, minimum of 1 year experience as a PMHNP in an inpatient mental health environment (not including training or RN experience), candidates moving forward must be willing to travel on-site for an initial interview (travel expenses to be reimbursed), telemedicine is not an option, must be a current local/Ohio resident
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary range: $125,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year (to be discussed at interview)
