Nurse Practitioner Wilsonville, OR (20 miles S of Portland)

We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our practice in Wilsonville, OR. Our ideal Nurse Practitioner is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to our patient’s health and wellness goals. The primary focus of the incoming Nurse Practitioner will be to focus on functional (holistic) medicine, performing injections, as well as assisting our team with physical medicine and aesthetic medicine. Our team works extremely well together, and we are looking for someone who is excited about working with regen medicine and the future of modern medicine! This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Nurse Practitioner who is interested in functional/regen med - we will provide training, with professional advancement!

We employ the latest forms of integrative medicine techniques, to free patients from debilitating pain, encourage healing and mobility, and help regain an active lifestyle. We have a dynamic, well-educated interdisciplinary team of medical professionals including several physicians, naturopathic doctor, and amazing support staff. Some services we provide are IA, & IM injections (with guided ultrasound), PRP & Cellular Biologic Injections, Aesthetic Medicine (hair restoration, facial exosome treatments, etc.), Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and Hormone testing.

Duties:

  • Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
  • Order and review tests/labs- diagnostic imaging (X-rays, ultrasound, etc.)
  • Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
  • Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, and various inner office therapies
  • Manage patient care- prescribe medications and treatments, perform joint and regen med injections (potential addition of aesthetics, once trained) – US guided IA, IM, IV and aesthetic injections
  • Documentation and progress notes
  • Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
  • Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Nurse Practitioner license in OR
  • Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, Functional Medicine or Pain management background is a plus
  • Experience with joint injections and/or aesthetics a plus
  • Recent graduates are welcome to apply
  • Must be interested in or experienced in Functional and/or Regen Med

Schedule:

  • Part time (2-3 days) with potential to increase to Full time

 

Compensation (range- Depending on experience):

  • $72-$90 per hour plus potential bonus compensation
