Nurse Practitioner Salem, OR (50 min S. of Portland)
NO NIGHTS, NO ON-CALL, and NO WEEKENDS!
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Salem, OR. We are looking for someone who has great communication skills, great bedside manner and lots of experience conversing with patients. We are flexible in our need and can accommodate a practitioner looking for either part time or full-time employment to join our integrated medical team.

The incoming practitioner will provide professional medical direction, oversight, and direct patient care for the practice. The NP duties include performing medical/physical exams, ordering films, reviewing diagnostic tests, performing joint and trigger point injections as medically necessary.

Duties:
- Patient Consultations (Review medical history, healthcare needs and goals, review pertinent records)
- Patient exams (musculoskeletal focused)
- Order and review diagnostic imaging/labs
- Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to the treatment plan, care plan options, and pre and post care
- Perform treatments to include joint injections and trigger point injections under ultrasound guidance
- Collaborating with colleagues for comprehensive patient care
- Documentation- thorough, timely and accurate
- Regular patient follow up and care
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (NP)
- NP license to practice in OR
- Active administrative and clinical role for the primary care team
- Experience in Joint injections a plus
- Experience or Interest in Physical Medicine, functional medicine, and/or regen medicine a plus
Schedule:
- No nights & weekends
- Part time vs FT
- Flexible work schedule
Compensation (range):
- $75-$100/hr (DOE)
