Indian Health Services is seeking a family medicine nurse practitioner for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in Warm Springs, Oregon.
The schedule is Monday - Friday, FT 8am - 4:30pm. There will be bread & butter outpatient and primary care duties.

Dates Needed:  End of November/December start - 4/2025, potential to extend
