Adult primary care clinic seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to provide an excellent patient care experience for our patients. We serve a wide variety of patients with varying levels of acute, complex, and chronic disease management needs. The right person will be friendly and approachable, with good bedside manner. Positions to Fill: 2 (1 in Corvallis, 1 in Salem) Prefer part or full-time in both locations. Goal of 15-18 patient visits per day. Clinic hours: 8:00 am and#8211; 5:00 pm. No hospital responsibilities or call. Clinical and back office support. This position will allow you to have a good quality life and a rewarding career.
