Family Medicine - NP job located in Portland, Oregon

Physician Assistant needed in Oregon for Family Medicine coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and Oregon state license. Shifts will be Tuesday and Wednesday: 8:30 am - 7:30 pm, Thursday: 8:30 am - 5 pm. Will see 10-14 patients per day, patient population is all 15 years old through geriatrics. Must be comfortable with working solo/independent, comfortable with chronic care patients, diabetes, hyper tension. 3 years experience needed. 2nd Language needed: Spanish Preferred. Support staff includes Solo provider, MA support, site manager, site coordinator.
