Part time or Full time
We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient private practice part time or full time in King of Prussia, PA. We are a physical medicine office, and we utilize natural regenerative cellular therapies to treat our patients acute and chronic pain and injuries. The PA/NP duties include musculoskeletal/ortho focused physical exams and joint injections. The incoming Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner must have Musculoskeletal joint injection experience. The NP/PA’s perform a comprehensive orthopedic/musculoskeletal exam/consultation and perform joint injections in our physical medicine office.
Duties:
- Patient exams/consultations- orthopedic/musculoskeletal focused (HPI, physical exam, review pertinent medical records/imaging/reports)
- Evaluate Clinical Data
- Order and review appropriate tests/imaging/records- read and interpret MRI and X-rays
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis and treatment plan options
- Consultation with the Supervisory physician as needed
- Documentation- timely and accurate
- Procedures to include Ultrasound guided injections, joint injections, bone marrow aspiration (additional training and certification provided)
- Assist in the direction of the management of the patient’s care
- Follow up care to ensure patient and practitioner goals are being met
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in PA
- MSK joint injection experience required
- Orthopedic/ Physical Med and Rehab or Family medicine background is preferred
Compensation:
- $600 - $700 per day plus bonus opportunities (DOE)
