Nurse Practitioner Myrtle Beach, SC
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice part time in Myrtle Beach, SC. We are looking for a NP to join us 2-3 days per week.

The NP duties include performing medical and functional assessments/exams, performing joint and trigger point injections, ordering physical therapy and bracing/DME as needed.

Duties:
- Patient Consultations (Review medical history, healthcare needs and goals, review pertinent records)
- Patient exams (musculoskeletal focused)
- Order and review diagnostic imaging/labs/bloodwork
- Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to the treatment plan, care plan options, pre and post care, and DME/bracing options if deemed medically necessary
- Perform treatments to include joint injections and trigger point injections
- Writing Medical Orders for bracing/DME/physical therapy as medically needed
- Collaborating with colleagues for comprehensive patient care
- Documentation- thorough, timely and accurate
- Regular patient follow up and care
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (NP)
- NP license to practice in SC
- Experience in Joint injections a plus
- Experience in Physical Medicine, functional medicine, and/or regen medicine a plus
Schedule:
- 2-3 days per week
Compensation (range):
- $60-$70 per hour (based on experience)
