Family Medicine - NP Hospital Based job located in South Carolina

Seeking a Women's Health Non-Delivery APP 
--Outpatient clinical role – no inpatient
--Standard office hours (Mon-Thurs: 8am-5pm / Friday 8am-12pm)
--Protected administrative time (4.5 days clinic time with .5-day admin time per week). 36 patient contact hours / 4 admin hours
--Call Schedule: No call responsibilities for this role.
--Cerner EMR
--Support Staff: The APP will have a dedicated nurse and access to support from medical assistants.
--7 physicians currently (2 more coming in the next 6mo-year) / 2 APPs and 1 CNM coming onboard 
--Average Patient Volume: 22-27 patients per day
--Patient Census: Primarily adult women, ages 18-65
--Demographics: A mix of rural and suburban patients, with common cases such as hypertension, diabetes, and routine wellness checks, etc.
--Visit Types: Follow-up and New Patient visits, annual exams, contraceptive counseling, and gynecologic problem visits.
--Common Cases: Well-woman exams, prenatal care contraceptive counseling, menopausal care.
--Typical Procedures: Pap smears, IUD insertions/removals, endometrial biopsies, and management of women health conditions.
--Sign-on Bonus: $5k+ sign-on bonus to assist with the transition.
--Competitive Compensation: Guaranteed base salary (typically MGMA median): 110-130k +/-
