Seeking Family Nurse Practitioner to work as part of the provider team performing a variety of direct patient care services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation/monitoring. The FNP may also perform specialty services including diagnostic colposcopy, after training, credentialing and certification. The FNP collaborates with clinical and other staff to achieve improved patient care andamp; outcomes during the medical visit. It will require constant collaboration and constant efforts to improve the patient experience by providing high-quality, patient-centered care. This will involve participation in training, team meetings, and huddles to facilitate the delivery of patient-centered care.Four 10-hour days; 7:30 am and#8211; 6:00 pmEducation and Experience Must be a graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program Must be licensed as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) in the state of South Carolina with the ability to see patients of all ages, birth to death Must have federal and state prescriptive authority A minimum of three years nurse practitioner experience required.
