A facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage.
The facilities are located in various regions throughout Georgia.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with 4 to 6 patients per day. The nurse practitioner will conduct home health assessments for polychronic patients, focusing on kidney conditions and treatment for homebound individuals. A hybrid schedule is available, combining in-home assessments with virtual visits.
Dates Needed: February - 3 months with option
