Physician Assistant Nurse Practitioner Midlothian, TX (25 miles SW of Dallas)
We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice full time in Midlothian, TX. Our state-of-the-art office is conveniently located about 25 miles SW of Dallas.
We are looking for a provider who can join us, providing direct patient care and collaborating with our team to improve our patient’s quality of life. Our ideal PA/NP is comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach with functional and regen medicine. Job duties include performing trigger point or joint injections within our integrated physical medicine office.

Duties:
- Patient exam- Medical and Functional evaluations (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
- Order and review tests/labs
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
- Manage patient care
- Treatments- perform trigger point, joint and regen med injections
- Order DME’s/bracing, therapy, and treatment programs
- Documentation and progress notes
- Regular reexams to ensure treat goals are being met
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Schedule:
- Monday- Friday with ½ day on Fridays
Requirements:
- Graduation from and accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) program
- PA/NP license in TX
- Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
- Experience with joint injections a plus
Compensation:
- $110k to 120k per year
