Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Waco, TX
We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Waco, TX. We are looking for a provider who can join us on full-time basis providing direct patient care. Our ideal Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner is comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing trigger point and joint injections, anti-inflammatory injections, and a comprehensive approach to care.

Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
- Order and review tests/labs
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
- Manage patient care
- Treatments- perform trigger point, joint and regen med injections, anti-inflammatory injections, platelet rich plasma, and IV infusions
- Documentation and progress notes
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Graduation from and accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- PA/NP license in TX
- Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
- Experience with joint injections a plus
Schedule:
- M-W-F 8:00-5:30 (2-hour lunch) Tue-Thurs 8:00-12:00
Compensation:
- $110k
