Nurse Practitioner Fort Worth, TX

 

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join us Full time in our medical office in Fort Worth, TX.  We know that each patient is unique and through personalized, high-quality care, we can help our patients reach their health goals.  We offer therapy and non-invasive medical procedures for a wide range of medical conditions, including chronic pain and joint injury.

We offer conservative types of pain management with non-invasive therapies, with no use of narcotic medications.  Striving to provide solutions that are drug-free and non-invasive, we utilize treatments like physical rehabilitation, laser therapy, dietary modification, and chiropractic care.  In all our treatment plans, we work to correct the underlying cause.  We strive to first use physical medicine in combination with advanced medical treatments to deliver the very best results, while helping patients live their healthiest lives.  Treatment may involve physical therapy, chiropractic care, dietary changes, and advanced stimulators, depending on the situation/diagnosis.  We work with the patients and our amazing multidisciplinary team to find the solutions and a pathway back to health.   

 

Duties:

  • Patient exam/evaluation (HPI, review pertinent imaging, PMH)
  • Diagnosis and treatment
  • Treatments to include trigger point injections and joint injections
  • Therapies
  • Review labs/imaging
  • Administer nutritional IV’s as medically necessary
  • Collaboration within the team of multidisciplinary providers
  • Documentation/Progress notes
  • Patient education as to the benefits of continued therapy and lifestyle changes/modifications

 

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited NP program
  • FNP (board certified) would be a huge plus but not required
  • NP License in TX

 

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday (office hours end at 1 on Fridays)

 

 Salary (range):  

  • $105k - $117k per year
  • Bonus Compensation based on office performance
