Physician Assistant Nurse Practitioner Rockwall, TX (30 min NE of Dallas)
We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice full time in Rockwall, TX. Our state-of-the-art practice is in Rockwall, conveniently located 30 min outside of Dallas and is considered part of the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area.
Our ideal PA/NP has experience working in an integrated physical medicine and rehab/pain management clinic and has experience with joint injections and regen medicine. We need a provider who is comfortable working independently without direct day to day oversight, as the supervisory physician practices within several of our office locations and collaboration will be remote.
The incoming PA/NP must be comfortable working within an integrated setting and collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing joint/regen med injections.

Duties:
- Patient evaluation and consultation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
- Order and review tests/labs
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, pre and post care instructions, rehab/exercises and various modalities
- Manage of patient care- (Hormone replacement therapy (Pellets), IV wellness, neuropathy treatments, and medical weight loss)
- Treatments- perform trigger point, joint and regen med injections
- Documentation and progress notes
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
- Assist with community events and marketing as needed to promote services
Requirements:
- Graduation from and accredited PA/NP program
- PA/NP license in TX
- Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
- Experience with joint injections a plus
- Experience in an integrated clinic a plus
- Must be comfortable working independently without direct day to day oversight
Salary (range):
- $ 110k-$120k per year (DOE)
Schedule:
- Mon- Friday with office hours ending at 1 on Fridays
Benefits:
- Bonus Compensation negotiable
- Vacation: 2 weeks
- Clinic services at cost
- ½ day on Fridays
