Seeking a Locum BC Emergency Medicine APP to join our team at a busy Level II Trauma Center.
- Start Date: February 1, 2025
- Schedule: Monday-Wednesday: 6a-4p, 8a-6p, 12p-10a, 2p-12a, 4p-2a, 8p-6a
Thursday-Sunday: 6a-4p, 8a-6p, 2p-12a, 4p-2a, 8p-6a
- Experienced needed for high volume, level II trauma center
- 423 hospital beds; 49 ED beds
- ~70,000 visits/year
- How many daily admissions? 25%
- Are there any consults and if so, how many per day? Varies, we have multi-specialty support
and consultant backup 24/7
- Urban Population
- 24/7 trauma surgeons on site; Comprehensive Stroke Center; Primary Chest Pain Center
- Standard EM privileges
- How many EM physicians are typically on staff per shift? 2-3, single coverage overnight for 4
hours and during the morning for 2 hours
- Required: ACLS/PALS/ATLS
