COVERAGE REQUIREMENTS CVT Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP)
  • January >>> Ongoing
POSITION DETAILS CVT Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP)
  • Location: Northeast Texas - 1 Hour from Shreveport  
  • Facility Details: 425 Bed Hospital - Level 3 Trauma
  • Schedule: 7a-4p (Weekends)  
  • Requested Skills: Code Response & Venipuncture
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Client Requirements: Active TX License, DEA & Certification (NP/PA) 
  • Travel: All Travel and Lodging Arrangements Covered
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 Days    
  • CVT Advanced Practice Practitioner (APP)
