Northern Counties Health Care, Inc is looking for an experienced and energetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the team at the Hardwick Area Health Center. As a provider at Northern Counties Health Care, you will have the opportunity to practice the full spectrum of family medicine, including procedures. You’ll work with an integrated Behavioral Healthcare team and be involved in strategic planning and quality improvement. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in a primary care or ambulatory care setting. Must be eligible to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Vermont and be certified in BLS.
