Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Family Medicine Reports To: Chief Medical Officer and Chief Executive Officer

Little Rivers Health Care, a FQHC located in Wells River, Vermont seeks a BC/BE Ob/Gyn to provide comprehensive perinatal care. Our multi-disciplinary care team is a unique model of fully integrated medical and behavioral health care with licensed therapists and care managers. Our team consists of family medicine physicians, nurse practitioners, licensed behavioral health providers, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, and care coordinators. We serve a rural low-income community, with an agricultural farmworker population. The health center provides extensive community health and prevention programs, a robust MAT program, and school-based services. Competitive salary and benefit package, reasonable on-call. Pay: $200,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year
