A State Hospital is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage.
While in Williamsburg, Virginia, experience a Historic Guided Tour to Jamestown and Yorktown with Lunch or have a tour through Washington DC!
Credentialing takes 2-3 weeks. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call duties. The clinician will see 8-16 psych patients per day. Required certifications include BC/BE in FM or IM for MDs, a VA license, and at least 3 years of experience as a physician/practitioner (autonomy preferred for NPs). The position is supported by a full interdisciplinary team, including psych staff and other primary care providers. The EMR system used is Cerner OneMind Millennium.
