Family Medicine - NP Hospital Based job located in Washington

Job Description:
We are seeking a Washington-licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP/ARNP) or Doctor to provide contract-based per-visit care through telehealth and/or asynchronous patient review. The ideal candidate will have experience in telehealth, functional medicine, HRT, and medical weight loss. A strong understanding of diagnostic labs for longevity and wellness is a plus.

This position offers flexibility, focusing on patient consultations, lab reviews, bio-identical hormone and peptide therapy consultations, and prescription management.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct live telehealth consultations and/or review patient cases asynchronously.
• Prescribe and manage treatment plans for Men’s and Women’s Hormone Replacement Therapy, Erectile Dysfunction (ED), and Weight Loss.
• Perform lab reviews and interpret diagnostic tests for patient longevity and wellness.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Washington State license as an NP, ARNP, or MD/DO.
• Telehealth experience preferred.
• Background in functional medicine, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and medical weight loss is desirable.
• Understanding of bio-identical hormones, peptides, and diagnostic labs for longevity is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide comprehensive virtual care.
