Nurse Practitioner Waupun, WI 53963 (1 hr NW of Milwaukee)
We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Waupun, WI. We are looking to fill either a full time or part-time position. Our Ideal NP is compassionate, caring, optimistic, self-motivated and gets excited about a challenge. They must be a team player who has a genuine interest in helping others, along with an interest in changing the conversation with patients, the public and other providers about how we do healthcare in the U.S.
As the clinic Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for looking at the body as a whole and assisting in the creation of treatment plans for our patients to receive the most comprehensive care. You will be an essential piece of the integrated clinic and will work in tandem to collaborate with professionals to result in the most effective treatment plans and clinical outcomes.
The NP is to assist our team in bringing about the retention of long-term quality patients for the company through the execution of service delivery systems, so the patients’ needs, and expectations are met or exceeded. You will be needed to assess, advise, and treat patients in accordance with our services offered in the clinic, including joint and trigger point injections.

Duties:
- Patient exams/consultations orthopedic/musculoskeletal focused (HPI, physical exam, review pertinent medical records/imaging/reports)
- Evaluate Clinical Data
- Order and review appropriate tests/imaging/records
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, and the need for, and progress through, the care plan
- Documentation- timely and accurate
- Treatments to include Joint/trigger point injections (we will provide training if necessary)
- Assist in the direction of the management of the patient’s care
- Monitor patients for improvements and setbacks to modify services to help clients meet or exceed expectations
- Monitor patients for compliance and effectively communicate the need to follow recommendations
- Engage in effective communication with clinical as well as administrative staff to ensure seamless flow of production to allow for increased growth of company’s services delivered to meet the strategic objective of the company
- Oversee management of Medical Assistants
- Ensure all patient care is focused on an upstream medical philosophy, (prevention and function based) instead of a downstream one, (symptom based)
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited NP program
- NP license in WI
- Experience in Joint and Trigger point injections preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Orthopedic/ Physical Med and Rehab or Family Medicine background is preferred

Salary (range):
- $55-60/hr
- Extensive experience may increase salary range
