(Login for Information) is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation team and provide services in Stevens Point, Wisconsin

OPPORTUNITY:

• Full-time; 4-day work week
• No call
• No nights/weekends
• Provider will triage referrals, and perform some in-office procedures
• Excellent MA/RN support
• High volume patient panel, with potential to grow
