Physician Assistant Chandler, AZ
We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant to join our growing medical practice in north Chandler, AZ. We are looking for a provider who can join us full-time providing direct patient care within our state-of-the-art multispecialty practice. Our ideal Physician Assistant is comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute/chronic pain and/or patients wanting a homeopathic approach to basic primary care needs. Job duties include performing trigger point/joint injections and addressing basic primary care needs.

Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluation musculoskeletal focused (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
- Basic primary care needs of the patient who prefers homeopathic approach to medicine
- Food Sensitivity / Allergy testing, Micronutrient Testing, Weight loss management
- Order and review tests/labs
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises, and various modalities
- Manage patient care
- Order Physical therapy and DME as needed
- Treatments- perform trigger point and joint injections- US guided
- Documentation and progress notes
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Graduation from and accredited PA program
- Physician Assistant license in AZ
- Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
- Experience with joint injections a plus
- DEA Certification (Preferred)
Schedule:
- Full time
- Monday – Friday
Compensation (range):
- $50-$70 per hour (DOE)
