Physician Assistant Nurse Practitioner Phoenix, AZ
$140k plus per year
4-day work week!
We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice full time (4-day work week) in Phoenix, AZ. We have 2 state-of-the-art offices in Phoenix and Mesa, and we are looking for a provider who can provide coverage for both.
We are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish/English speaking) provider who can join us full-time providing direct patient care within our physical medicine and pain management clinic. Our ideal PA/NP is comfortable working within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with knowledgeable and well-respected medical professionals to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing trigger point and joint injections and Regen med injections.

We provide services to include but not limited to epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks and ablations, joint injections, regen medicine, headache treatments, physical medicine and emg/ncv studies.
Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
- Order and review tests/labs
- Diagnosis and treatment care plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
- Manage patient care along with the multidisciplinary team
- Treatments- perform trigger point, joint and regen med injections
- Documentation and progress notes
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Graduation from and accredited PA/NP program
- PA/NP license in AZ
- Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
- Experience with joint injections a plus
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking required
Salary:
- $140k plus per year
