Job Description
A thriving multi-specialty group of 95 physicians just two hours south of San Francisco in Monterey, CA is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join their primary care team.
The position will be working with the group's 25 primary care physicians in an outpatient setting who are looking for help to meet increased patient demand. Candidates with experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply as well.
The Position:
Base Salary Range: $160,000+ - Based on Experience
Income Potential: $230,000 annually via wRVU's
$30,000 On-boarding Package
No call or weekend work required
16 - 18 patients per day (40 minutes for new patients and 20 minutes for follow ups)
EPIC EMR
Benefits Covered: Health, Life, Vacation, CME, Long-Term Disability, and 401k (4% Match)
