Job Description

Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician Assistant to join dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient-centered care to a diverse patient population. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred to better serve our Spanish-speaking community.Key Responsibilities:and#8226; Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute care.and#8226; Conduct thorough patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.and#8226; Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and continuous care.and#8226; Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventative care strategies.and#8226; Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.and#8226; Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines.and#8226; Foster a culturally sensitive environment to meet the needs of a diverse patient population, with a focus on Spanish-speaking individuals when applicable.Skills and Competencies:and#8226; Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with a commitment to evidence-based practice.and#8226; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse patient populations.and#8226; Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.and#8226; Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.and#8226; Culturally competent care delivery with sensitivity to the needs of Spanish-speaking patients.Qualifications:and#8226; Education: MD, DO, NP, or PA from an accredited program.and#8226; Licensure/Certification:and#8226; Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty.and#8226; Active medical license in the state of [State].and#8226; DEA license and BLS certification required.and#8226; Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish is preferred.and#8226; Experience: Prior experience in primary care or outpatient settings is desirable.What We Offer:and#8226; Competitive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, and CME allowance.and#8226; Opportunities for professional growth and development.and#8226; Supportive and collaborative work environment.and#8226; The chance to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of the community.
