Physician Assistant Nurse Practitioner Peoria, IL
Flexible Schedule PT or FT
We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Peoria, IL. We are looking for a provider who can join us on either a part-time basis or full-time basis providing direct patient care within our integrated physical medicine office. Our ideal provider is comfortable working within an integrated setting, has experience in physical medicine, and collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing trigger point and joint injections.

Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
- Order and review tests/labs
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
- Manage patient care
- Oversight of Rehab
- Treatments- perform trigger point and joint injections.
- Documentation and progress notes
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited PA or NP program
- PA/NP license in IL
- Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
- Experience with joint injections a plus
Schedule:
- PT or FT- Flexible Schedule
- Office hours are Monday- Friday 8-5:30
Compensation:
- $55-$60 per hour (DOE)

- PTO – accrued.
