Physician Assistant Nurse Practitioner Chicago, IL
We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice full time in Chicago, IL. Our ideal PA or NP is comfortable working within a multidisciplinary setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Experience in Pain management and performing trigger point injections and joint injections is preferred but we can train the right candidate.

Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
- Order and review tests/labs
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
- Manage patient care
- Treatments- perform trigger point and joint injections
- Documentation and progress notes
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) program
- PA/NP license in IL
- Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
- Experience with joint injections a plus
Compensation:
- $110k to 130k
