Job Responsibilities:
- Patient consultations and follow-up evaluations
- Recommendation of pain management procedures to ensure our patients receive the highest level of care
- Coordination of care with other community physicians and health care providers
- Pharmacologic management of pain and related conditions
- Eagerness to develop new patient referrals and community awareness of our services
- Commitment to helping all parts of our organization succeed
- Providing hope, compassion, and sound medical advice to our patients and our community
Candidate Qualifications:
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland
- Favorable malpractice history
- Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
- DEA license

NP/PA Responsibilities
Obtain patient medical history
Measure/record physiologic and growth indices
Apply health promotion principles and techniques
Provides acute and chronic patient care including physicals, monitoring therapies, injections, minor office surgical procedures, and prescribing medications
Triage all patient calls and take appropriate action
Respond to medical emergencies by taking appropriate action
Practice in a manner that effectively maintains patient confidentiality
Review labs, diagnostic studies, and physical therapy progress notes
Accurately and completely record all pertinent information in the patient’s medical record
