We are looking for a compassionate and energetic Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our urgent care center group in Beverly, MA. You will find a supportive and welcoming team to work alongside you within our fast-moving Urgent Care Center. The provider will be required to see and treat a wide variety of health care issues in patients of all ages in our busy center.

Duties:
- Patient evaluation (HPI, medical history, physical exam, review pertinent records/imaging) (40-50 patients per day)
- Performs and documents history and physicals of patients
- Evaluates and treats common acute conditions, illnesses, or minor trauma in all ages -peds to geriatrics (UTI, URI, Covid, STI)
- Performs in-office minor procedures (lacs/Sutures, I&D)
- Orders and reviews diagnostic tests, X-rays, labs, and bloodwork
- Consistently and accurately documents all calls, treatments, medications, etc. in patient chart
- Instructs and counsels patients regarding diagnosis and follow up steps
- Responds to all patient questions
- Assists physicians in addressing urgent patient needs as necessary
- Collaboration with the physicians, midlevel providers, and support staff for comprehensive care
- Performs other duties/projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Degree from an Accredited Program (PA/NP)
- Unrestricted PA/NP License in MA
- Prefer 2+ years’ experience as a PA/NP in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting
- Current ACLS & PALS certifications
Schedule:
- Full time or Part time
- 4 x 10 hr shifts for full time, but may do 3 x 12s
Compensation (range):
- $65-$90 per hour (DOE) plus productivity bonus
Benefits:

- Patient productivity bonus. For every patient seen between 40-44 $15 per patient. For every patient 45 and above- $20 per patient
- 3 weeks of PTO
- 1 week of CME
