Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider Locums Job in Minnesota | Maternity Leave | Starting as Soon as Credentialed | 7 Days/Week Clinic
Schedule for Assignment #107813:
--As soon as credentialed
--Seven day a week clinic:
--8am-730pm, Monday-Friday
--9AM-5PM Saturday/Sunday that operates as a walk in / urgent care clinic with primary care available.
Job Details/Requirements:
--Board Certification
--Minnesota license and DEA
--Other Certifications – BLS
--Setting: Walk In/Urgent Care with Primary Care available
--Duties: 72 hours of Face to Face coverage per pay period as sole provider
--Days per month: 14-16
--Required Procedures: Routine
--EMR: Allscripts/Altera/AEHR
--Support Staff: clinic shifts are 1 provider, 1 nurse, 1 front office
--Reason for coverage: maternity leave coverage
--Walk In/Urgent Care with some Primary Care 10-20 patients per shift
--Critical Access Hospital with 24 hour Emergency Provider and 12 hour 7AM-5PM Hospitalist coverage. The Clinic operates as a department of the Hospital.
