"The Physician Assistant position that is currently open is working 2 days shifts, 1 8am-8pm shift, 1 evening shift and 2 weekends a month 8am-4pm"
The office is open 7 days a week, Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 9:00pm, Saturday - Sunday 8:00am - 6:00pm.

Job Qualifications:
NJ Physician Assistant License and certification
Physical Demands:
Full body range of motion, manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to stand for 4+ hours at a time
Corrected vision and hearing to normal ranges
Ability to work under stressful conditions or irregular hours

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for providing quality primary clinical care, which includes consultation, diagnostic care, and treatment.
Responsible for working with clinical team members to ensure clinical improvement and satisfactory outcomes of all patients.
Along with team members, provide access to care, care management, care coordination and preventive services where needed.
Responsible for the timely completion of adequate and complete documentation, provides timely, accurate information for coding/billing purposes of client records; and is responsible for maintaining and respecting the confidentiality of client information in accordance with medical staff bylaws rules and regulations and relevant state and federal law. The Physician assistant, in collaboration with facility staff, cooperates in all processes necessary to obtain timely payments.
Responsible for providing awareness and support of the total community care concept. This includes developing and maintaining positive relations with other community health care providers. This also includes remaining familiar with the types of services provided in the community by networking with other health care providers to maintain an understanding and appreciation of other services available. The Physician will actively participate in the enhancement of patient satisfaction. The Physician will provide medical supervision and direction to the clinical staff as it pertains to the practice. The Physician is responsible for maintaining clinic production and for effectively managing resources.
Responsible for reporting to the medical director and being supervised by Physician.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provides appropriate, efficient and effective clinical medical care required in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of human disease and injury.
Works with facility staff and medical staff through the processes of quality improvement, peer evaluation, professional and staff meetings, and state rules and regulations to ensure clinical standards are maintained at the facility.
Provides adequate and timely client medical records to facilitate appropriate continuity of care, confidentiality of client information, and compliance with medical reporting standards; and to facilitate accurate and timely billing of services.
Develops and maintains positive relations with the community and community health care providers to maximize community health care resources, to support the total client care concept and to foster growth of the medical practice.
