Spanish speaking required Full-time Mon - Fri Experience in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine Understands HCC (Hierarchical Condition Categories) documentation, ICD-10 (International Classification of Diseases-10) Coding, and Health Risk Assessments (HRAs).
