A reputable medical center located on the South Carolina Coast near Myrtle Beach has a job opening for an experienced Physician Assistant to work at their Student Health Clinic. Forbes recently added this group to the America's Best-In-State Employers list for 2024.

Job Details:
- Provide comprehensive healthcare services to students
- Outpatient Clinic Role
- Standard office hours: Monday-Thursday: 8 am-5 pm/Friday 8 am-12 pm
- 4.5 Days of clinic times, .5 day admin time per week
- No call
- Average patient volume: 18-22 patients per day
- See primarily young adult patients (university students) with a mix of acute illnesses, injuries, and routine health maintenance
- Typical procedures: In-office procedures include simple suturing, incision and drainage, splinting, gynecological exams, basic dermatologic procedures, and vaccinations.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a provider in a fast-paced clinical environment such as primary care, urgent care, emergency departments, ICUs
- NCCPA certification
