We are looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our pediatric practice full time in Nashville, TN. Our state of the art, growing practice is conveniently located approximately 20 min east of the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville. Close to the nightlife, entertainment, restaurants, and shopping in the city but with plenty of opportunities, locations, and lower cost of living makes our location a great suburban option.
We are looking for a compassionate provider to join our knowledgeable and well-respected team of Pediatricians, Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, and support staff. They should possess excellent clinical skills and be comfortable with a range of office procedures (wart removal, laceration repair, I&D, etc.). With a significant number of Latin patients, an ability to speak Spanish is required. No Hospital or ED call as this is mostly an office-based practice, but we do make nursery rounds at the local hospital.

We are a reputable and well-respected pediatric office that has been proudly serving the children and families for 23 years. We are a team of pediatricians, 6 pediatric nurse practitioners, and fantastic supportive staff, who collaborate to provide the best, most comprehensive care to our patients. Due to our fantastic reputation, our practice has been steadily growing and we need to add another PA or NP to assist with care and office management. We offer compassionate pediatric services in our award-winning patient centered medical pediatric practice. We offer a wide variety of general pediatric services as well as on-site counseling, telephone triage, and a wide referral network. Our amazing support staff is there to help assist the Physician and midlevels with whatever help they need. Our team of providers offers well over 50 years of combined experience! We offer a pediatric walk-in clinic during the weekdays and weekends.
Duties:
- Pediatric Patient Care Management
- Well Check/ Patient exams and evaluations
- Acute Care/sick visits
- Newborn visits
- Adolescent Care visits
- Medication refills
- Procedures (wart removal, laceration repair, I&D, etc.)
- Referrals when necessary
- Order and review labs/bloodwork/diagnostic imaging
- Management of chronic illnesses
- Telephone triage
- Immunizations
- Documentation/paperwork/forms
- Pediatric Walk-in/urgent Care Clinic coverage (rotate with other providers, typically 1:7)
- Night call coverage (1:6-7)
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program
- PA or NP License in TN
- Experience preferred but not required
- Spanish speaking Bilingual required
Schedule:
- Office/Clinical hours- 4 days per week
- Rotation to cover weekend clinic- 1:8
- Rotation into night call- 1:6-7
Salary plus bonus
- productivity plan makes $120,000 reachable
