Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Temple, TX
(35 miles S of Waco)
We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient private practice part time in Temple, TX. Ideally, we are seeking a highly competent and confident Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who has experience in diagnosing and treating orthopedic conditions. This position involves selling cash-based medical treatments using regen medicine for treatment of orthopedic conditions including arthritis and tendonitis. Sales expectations include a commitment to learn the sales process, committing to revenue-based bonuses, and willingness to follow our sales model. All candidates, regardless of prior experience, will be sent to sales training in Charlotte, NC and will be training one-on-one with the current owner and provider to learn joint injections/procedures.
We are a physical medicine office, and we utilize natural regenerative cellular therapies to treat our patients acute and chronic pain and injuries. The PA/NP duties include sales of medical treatments as well as performing joint injections.

We have a team of medical doctors, midlevel providers, nurses, CMA’s, phlebotomists, and administrative staff on hand to help provide high quality patient care. The NP/PA’s perform a comprehensive orthopedic/musculoskeletal exam/consultation and perform joint and trigger point injections in our physical medicine office.
Duties:
- Patient exams/consultations- orthopedic/musculoskeletal (HPI, physical exam, review pertinent medical records/imaging/reports)
- Evaluate Clinical Data
- Order and review appropriate tests/imaging/records- read and interpret MRI and X-rays
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis and treatment plan options including sales of medically based treatments
- Sales of medically based treatments
- Documentation- timely and accurate
- Treatments to include Joint and trigger point injections (training will be provided)
- Assist in the direction of the management of the patient’s care
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited PA or NP program
- PA/NP license in TX
- Experience in Joint injections preferred but all candidates will be trained
- Must have experience in diagnosing and treating orthopedic conditions (prior experience in regenerative medicine, orthopedics, and emergency medicine preferred)
- Must be committed to learn our sales process and follow our sales model
- Must have 5+ years of clinical experience and be confident in your diagnosis and decision making
Schedule:
- 1 day per week (Mondays) with additional days potentially
Compensation:
- $1000-$2000 per day +, this is a combo of salary and bonus
