Job Description
An independent community hospital in West Texas is actively seeking a Physician Assistant to join a well-established Orthopedic practice. Enjoy a rewarding role designed with quality of life in mind.
The Practice:
- Work alongside 2 experienced full-time providers in a supportive, team-oriented practice.
- No OR duties, no call responsibilities, and a consistent schedule means more time for what matters most to you.
- Practice in a newly upgraded clinic, with an additional $300K investment allocated for orthopedic expansion.
- Competitive compensation package: Base guaranteed salary of $140,000 plus comprehensive benefits, student loan forgiveness, and one of the most robust retirement plans in Texas.
