Dates of Coverage: As soon as credentialed and ongoing
Details/Requirements for Assignment #106328:
-- Active Wisconsin license required or IMLC
-- BLS and ACLS certification in required
-- Inpatient and Outpatient
-- No call coverage
-- 80% Clinic / 20% Hospital
-- 12–15 patients per day
-- Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
-- Total Beds 105, ICU Beds 13
