An outpatient cancer center is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Physician Assistant for locum tenens coverage.
While on assignment in Southwest Louisiana visit Sam Houston Jones State Park or Creole Nature Trail for beautiful trails and views right by the river!
he position involves working at two locations, roughly 20 minutes apart, with a split schedule of 2 days at one site and 3 days at the other. The role involves managing a mix of hematology and oncology patients, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Experience with Epic EMR is required, and the credentialing process takes about 2 months. An active California license is preferred, though nursing compact candidates will also be considered.
