Job Description
- A nurse practitioner is needed for a large multi-specialty group
- Educate patients and caretakers, diagnose conditions, order testing and reconcile medications
- Work with VNAs, primary care physicians and specialists
- Assist the medical director in determining management plans for SNF patients
- Ideal candidate is flexible with great organizational and problem solving skills
- Must be MA licensed (RI if possible) and have DEA and MA Controlled Substance Certifications
