Seeking a patient-centered and empathetic ACNP to join Nocturnist team. Position Details: Full-time hospital employed position Team: 19 physicians and 4 APP's, support staff (RNand#8217;s, Nursing Assistants, RT, Case Management, Office Staff) Schedule 7 nights on 14 nights off (Night Shift Position) Overseeing hospital census and admitting approximately 10-12 patients per shift Level 3 Trauma Center Primary Stroke Center 230+ bed regional referral hospital Opened ICU EPIC Smart Rooms Family Medicine Residents and Medical Student on site Hospital newly built in 2008 Compensation Details: Base salary plus metric incentives, and student loan assistance also qualifying for the PSLF Excellent benefits package with malpractice and tail coverage Benefits: 403b with company match, health/dental/vision, and country club membership included Annual CME allowance Area Highlights: City has a population of 40,000 in a county of 72,000.
