An opening for a full-time, experienced Family/Adult Nurse Practitioner to join an established Hospitalist team
One to two years of acute care experience as nurse or nurse practitioner is preferred.
This daytime position has flexible and rotating 12-hour shifts that allows for work-life balance.
Pay Range: $115,000-$135,000. This is an employed position with a very generous compensation package to include competitive salary, incentives, student loan repayment, sign-on bonus, on-site child day care and much more!
RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients during daytime hospital shifts.

Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes.

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.

Offer support and education to patients and their families with a warm, approachable demeanor.

Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

Assist in coordinating patient discharge planning for a smooth transition home.

Stay up-to-date with the latest medical practices to deliver top-notch care.
QUALIFICATIONS

Must hold a current and valid Nurse Practitioner license.

Experience in a hospitalist setting is highly desirable.
