Requirements:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (required)
• 2 years of experience in Skilled Nursing facilities (preferred)

• Ability to travel within a 12-20 mile radius

As an Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner with us, you will:

• Collaborate with patients and various multi-disciplinary teams to develop tailored treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based guidelines to provide optimal care
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments
• Create and implement weekly rounding schedules for assigned facilities
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records

Work Environment:

• Flexible hours, 20-40 per week (based on your employment status FT/PT)
